I am always suspicious of people who get in front of a microphone and have a big crowd standing behind them as if they need security protection. This is very common in union-run NYC. Usually loads of union execs who have no real jobs other than to take union members dues and funnel the money to the Dems. This is very much like ACORN — corrupt and full of thieves.
Sounds like a situation leading to an “ESCAPE FROM NY” scenario. If a toxic brew like that suceeds in taking over NYC, the city will die in short order. The producers will leave!
Clarification: What commie candidate John Liu won was the demoncrap primary. He’ll face a republican challenger for the NYC Comptroller position on Nov 3rd.
“The 2009 election for New York City Comptroller will be held on November 3, 2009 to coincide with the 2009 mayoral election. The Democratic and Republican primaries were held on September 15, 2009.[1] There was a Democratic Party Run-off on September 29, 2009.”

of course, he’s as good as in with all the dopey people we have here in NYC.
The Working Families Party is a very dangerous group. They are closely connected to ACORN, so close that their National Headquarters is located in the same place as Acorn.
Maybe they would both like to hear from you ;+)
