That’s right, what happens in Honduras has absolutely no influence on Costa Rica. They’re worlds apart.
Furthermore the President of Costa Rica should have no opinion whatsoever on any subject outside the borders of Costa Rica.
Please note that Arias previously had his own country’s constitution amended to allow him to serve indefinitely.
