What happens if Obama knowingly kept the truth of his illegitimacy for POTUS from the American public and by doing so destroyed this nation? Can he be prosecuted, and for what crime?
What about the people who knew all along that his presidency was fraudulent and yet supported and protected him against any inquiries? Can they be prosecuted for supporting a conspiracy?
I don’t believe Obama will be prosecuted. He might be guilty of fraud, but the uproar from his removal would eclipse everything else.
However, Nancy Pelosi could be prosecuted for falsely certifying Obama as eligible under Hawaiian law (the only state that requires certification).
