She needs other attorneys to help her. I hope retired JAG officers are helping. Supposedly one on the Grandy Juries tried but was rebuffed. I hope she is getting help. I hope major $$ out there including wealthy people are helping fund leghal help.

She needs to concentrate on the Judge Carter case. This may be her best bet. Hopefully she has help on that case and she is accepting help from other attorneys and she will be composed in court.

Taitz is a publicity craving loon. And no court will ever find 0 ineligible to be POTUS, under ANY circumstances. Period. Even if he was born in Kenya, Indonesia or Ceti Alpha 5. He is an American citizen, born to an American citizen. That will be good enough for any court, no matter what some people THINK is the only possible way to interpret the Constitution. I believe he was always ineligible, based on his father's nationality. That boat is long gone; the courts aren't even looking at it. To repeat NO COURT will EVER unseat any elected, sworn in, and sitting POTUS based on 'eligibility'. Never happen.

I hope Dr. Taitz remains focused only on the new issue presented in Obama’s Reply to Response to Motion. She had the choice to either move to strike the Reply or seek a sur-Reply (rarely used). She has a habit of dumping a 22# dossier on the Court in case she needs to use any of it. Most of the dossier is material suitable for the DOJ to pursue a criminal case.

Personally I would like to see Ms. Pelosi tried in each state she submitted a perjured document, which would drain her wealth, then serve time in each state’s prison, consecutively. Then she could write a book comparing prison food and live off the remaining proceeds after paying any fines to the U.S. Treasury.

Judge Land in GA granted my motion to withdraw as counsel. the reason, i had to do it, since Cpt Connie Rhodes was under tremendous pressure, intimidation by the military and department of defense and she stated that she didn’t want to proceed under this pressure. Now I don’t have my hands tied behind my back, I can provide more info, now I can do more on my own behalf.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of this 'hands tied behind my back'. She needs to be careful of how she responds or she may find herself in deeper with Judge Land.

Plaintiff’s counsel filed a motion to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff (Doc. 20). Plaintiff apparently does not object to such withdrawal. (See Doc. 18.) Accordingly, counsel’s motion to withdraw is granted with the following conditions. Counsel remains subject to the jurisdiction of this Court for purposes of the Court’s show cause sanctions order and related proceedings, and Plaintiff remains subject to the jurisdiction of this Court for purposes of the Court’s previous order casting the court costs upon Plaintiff.

The Court further notes that this order shall not be construed to authorize Plaintiff’s counsel to breach any attorney-client privilege that may exist due to counsel’s representation of Plaintiff. Moreover, the Court notifies counsel that in issuing its show cause sanctions order, the Court did not rely upon the letter sent by Plaintiff purporting to discharge counsel (Doc. 18), nor does the Court intend to rely upon that document in future proceedings regarding sanctions against Plaintiff’s counsel. Whether Plaintiff expressly authorized counsel to file the motion for reconsideration is irrelevant to the Court’s determination of whether the filing was legally frivolous.

For all the non-wussies that are cautious of Orly's site, don't use IE -- there's still definitely some sort of Trojan script lurking there, and if you have decent AV, it will set off an alarm. FF apparently blocks it.

Is this woman an idiot? Let's stipulate for a moment that her claim about Rhodes being under "pressure" is true. Let's also stipulate that Rhodes actually said this to Taitz. Is Taitz so incompetent that she doesn't realize she may have just violated DR 4-101 of the Code of Professional Responsibility, also known as client-attorney privilege?

It's a violation in which disbarment is a likely outcome.
