He doesn't believe in a separate ObaBlack Caucus penal health insurance plan.

He likes the Uncle Tom Insurance.Its been good to him and his constituants.

Rep. Artur Davis (D-Ala.), who for whatever reason is not a member of the Blue Dog Coalition. He has moved from being a moderate-liberal to solid moderate territory (surely due to his Alabama gubernatorial run)

Davis also voted against the hate crimes bill, and AFAIK he’s the only Congresscritter to admit that he was wrong to defend the Fannie Mae / Freddie Mac system.
