I am a firm believer in local organization. Be aware of the national implications, but participate where you can be most effective.
Local community organizers, councilmen & mayoral elections grow into United States Representatives and Senators and Presidents. Beat em at the local ballot box.....and use all the tactics that have been successful for the left...no need to reinvent the wheel....
They are getting very clever though, the last local election we had none of the participants listed their political persuasion. I had to ask what political party they represented. I have had the local republican ladies approach me to join...I have been reluctant, as I am an Independent, but at this point I think it’s most important to get the current government out. What are your thoughts on this? You seem very in tune. What should I do? I feel I have to do something.
