The Chinese have become very scrutable in that startling finds like this are often faked.

This little Dino-bird was first discovered ahile ago. NOVA had a show about some scientists trying to figure out how it used those four wings. If you evry watched the show Prehistoric Park, I forget the guys name, goes back in time to grab a few of these what they called Microraptors.
