Heart Breaking. Prayers going out for your little guy, and for the Doctors, that they have the wisdom to know what to do to get him over those mountains and back home.

Ibuprofen, 15000 IU vitamin D3, benedryl and cimetadine/famotadine/ranitadine as a cocktail of substances seems to keep the immune system at bay with respect to cytokine storms. Others here on FR have employed that mix with success. Exposure to direct sunlight is another route to getting the necessary vitamin D part of the "cocktail".
