I’d love to see an actual copy of the mailing. As an employee of an evil health insurance company, the proper way to go about this sort of mailing is a stuffer with the following notification:
“As [Company name] awaits the outcome of legislation pending in Congress, we would like to inform you that your Medicare Advantage coverage under [Company name] may have significant coverage changes or be suddenly terminated based upon the outcome. Please refer to [website] for more information and updates.”
That way, it’s nothing more than the standard benefit change mailings with a twist—we don’t have any say in it.

Medicare Advantage, as stated by the POTUS is DEAD as it's what he considers "fraud and abuse." A term first worn out by Jimmah Carter, the national hemmorhoid!
He (Obama) also called it a "subsidy" to insurance companies when in fact in is the private sector taking what Medicare usually budgets for a beneficiary annually and through effeciancies is able to provide benefits far greater with NO monthly outlays by beneficiaries in most metro areas!!!
Mine even pays the premium for my Part D with the donut hole already plugged for generic drugs!!!
And that's after replacing Medicare's normal $1,000+ deductible for up to 6 times in one calendar year for hospitalization with only one $1000 deductible on Parts A, B and D combined!!!
