if evidence was discovered from a computer inside the vehicle of the suspect, isn’t that illegal search? Believe me, I live right outside Denver, I want this guy locked up, I am just wondering if this accusation will stick.
A) They probably had a warrant, and B) If it's in a police impound lot, they don't need a warrant. Moral of the story, don't get your car towed if your storing your drugs, or plans to blow up the world in aforementioned auto.
