sounds like deprivation of rights to me, also lets not forget
Filing a False Police Report.( a citation is by definition a “police report” in most States it is a Felony. Sue these bastards for every nickel they have and lets not forget the dumb jack booted thug, he needs to be fired and sued into homelessness.

Hint to the innocent:
1/ Open carry identifies you as the first person to get popped by the evildoers if the sh*t hits the fan.
2/ If you decide you are gonna do it, take some training in weapon retention. Please.
3/ There are places where open carry is legal, but after the third do-gooder calls 911, you can be arrested for disturbing the peace. (Example: Boulder County, CO = open carry legal; “People’s Republic of Boulder” - the City = no worry about where to stay tonight.)

Better judged by 12 than carried by 6.

He asked if there is a law that ALLOWS you to carry a gun. The constitution protects your inalienable right to carry a gun, there are unconstitutional laws that dis-allow it.

Hey, MadCity isn’t called the Berkeley of the Midwest without cause. I’ve lived there. Yet, oddly, some pro-gun rights resolutions have in times past been enacted by the city council there.
