Yes, Cao is Vietnamese and a lot of his constituents probably think the district should have a black representative, so he will have an uphill struggle getting re-elected. I’ll give him a pass but not the other 6.
Is there anyway we can get tickets to the next SOTU address from our congressfolk? If I’m not mistaken didn’t the code pink pukes disrupt W speech a few times?? I would love to see some of us go there and yell out loud “YOU LIE”!! We’ll have several folk lined up to take up the mantel as soon as that person is kicked out!
So now begins the era of “let’s publicly rebuke a member of the minority party”. This precedent will lead to a “what goes around, comes around”, look for all out warfare between congresspersons in the near future, and most assuredly when the repubs retake the House.

Did anyone see the replay of a Congress critter from I believe Georgia by the name of Hank Johnson. He says that he guesses we will have people wearing white hoods and robes again. Anyone hazard to guess his race?
Yeah, I found that no vote kind of surprising too. My guess is that Dennis was too stoned to know what he was voting on.
Dennis may be a lala-land Liberal, but he is an honest man -- and that's far more than I can say about most of Congress. Kucinich means what he says and means what he does, he doesn't do partisan grandstanding like this.
Kucinich may be on the wrong side of the political divide and he's eccentric --no doubt-- but I do respect him because whatever else he is, he isn't a slimeball or a liar.
