You can see how it was done. The biggest clue is that the "S" in "ISLAM" is clipped along the top, and the "I" also, I think. Then a lot of the letters were reused. The "N" in "VIOLENT" was copied from "INSULT", for example, and the "O" was copied from "WHO". Then you can see that the "V" and the "Y" were added, since they appear a little fuzzy.
