Not sure if lord McCain can be called a blue dog, but last I read/hear he supports 'cap and tax'. Just like he was opposed to the Bush tax cuts and voted against them.

But its kinda late for that.
I haven't made an argument that needs supporting.
Its simply a matter of fact, SCOTUS made the decision and EPA is doing what SCOTUS told them to do.
