Can you imagine the legal defense fund that will be easily and quickly raised if it is needed?...........and thinking it through a step further, wouldn’t you love to see Defense Atty’s discovery and depositions work their way through the labyrinths of ACORN?

That's why I think it's an empty threat. He's trying to indirectly threaten Glenn Beck and FOX from airing anymore tapes. Didn't they say there was 48 hours worth of tapes? We've only heard 2 hours so far. The last thing ACORN, and Obama, wants is a discovery phase of a defense. But, hey, bring it on if he dares! I'd send some cash just to watch them squirm.
