Clearly, Rep. Wilson’s “uncalibrated” timing of his outburst will sidetrack the easily distracted from the real issue at hand: Last month the President said “This is not just about the 47 million Americans who don't have any health insurance at all.” Magically last night, we went down from 47 million uninsured in America to “over” 30 million American “citizens”.
And that was without spending a dime!
Who are these missing 17 odd million uninsured people?
The Department of Homeland Security reported that the number of illegal aliens as of January 2008 was about 12 million.
Imagine that. What's five million give or take when you want to pass your bill...

Isn’t 47 million more than 30 million?
He begins his tale of lies with.
“But what we have also seen in these last months is the same partisan spectacle that only hardens the disdain many Americans have toward their own government. Instead of honest debate, we have seen scare tactics. “
I few minutes later he states.
“Everyone in this room knows what will happen if we do nothing. Our deficit will grow. More families
will go bankrupt. More businesses will close. More Americans will lose their coverage when they
are sick and need it most. And more will die as a result. We know these things to be true.”
WTF is that line of bullsh!t? We know these things to be true?
It is...but the talking point has been 47 million...now is down to “more than 30 million”.
I hope good conservatives of this country gave or will give substantial donations to Rep. Wilson's reelection campaign. I did.
It's time to act, to sacrifice--not just talk.
Rep. Wilson should handily beat any opponent, and in the fund raising dept, folks on talk radio here in SC have put out the call and people are responding favorably.
Did anyone see him tonight on Hannity? He looked as if he had just come out of being worked over for five hours — he could hardly talk. It was very disconcerting.
