Hoffman already has 19%, he'll need 34% of the vote to win in a 3-way race. 31% of those polled are undecided undecided at the moment. This might be one of those rare examples where we a third party candidate can win in U.S. politics. If he empathizes that he'll caucus with the GOP, he can probably peel more GOP voters onto to his side who aren't happy with Scozzafava. Needs to go after independents (the bulk of the electorate) hard too and talk about how both parties have failed NY.
I'd love to see a Hoffman victory, it would be a wakeup class to the clueless, RINO infested NYGOP. It will be a uphill fight to win though. If I lived in NY I'd volunteer for Hoffman's campaign.
