This speech, like all Obama's speeches, is designed to induce a hypnotic trance, and the "suggested activities” are mind-control techniques intended to reinforce the COMMANDS given during the speech.

Obama’s techniques are deliberate and very practiced. They are covert to anyone who is not familiar with the science behind the language patterns and gestures he is using. The meta-information embedded in his speeches is deception and psychological manipulation.
