If someone got hit with a hammer would they outlaw hammers?
Certainly knife attacks have increased in the UK. They outlawed guns,. If someone wishes you harm they will find a weapon. Knife ,Gun, Hatchet, a Piece of rope.
This is so ridiculous.

Doubtlessly that is coming...first they will license them, then they will ban them for all but union members who will have to keep them in their lockers at work.
