Tax-cheat Charlie seems to have an awful lot of loot to dish out with an annual salary of only $165,200 (before, ahem, taxes).

Sorta like the Tobacco Settlement in Mississippi giving $10,000,000 a year to the Black Democrat Caucus every year. The money for the settlement was supposed to go to medical and education and Mike Moore, fmr attorney gen of Mississippi, directed it to the Black Democrats.

Those 119 members of congress need to recuse themselves from any actions concerning the (not so) honerable Rep. Rangel.
