How many civilians were killed when Truman ordered the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki? Thousands. But that aggressive action ended the war very quickly. And people wonder why this war in Afghanistan grinds on after 8 years. This is a war, not a picnic with Little Miss Muffit.
I suspect that as this war goes on the attrition rates will continue to pile up and our hands will be further tied and this state of affairs suits the Islamic Ummah just fine.
The powers that be are undermining the foundations of this nation which has lost its way...I fear for the future
