No idea, but if you go to this page http://www.presstv.ir/region.aspx?section=3510206 it seems that the have journalists covering Europe with this classification: UK, Russia, France, Germany, EU and Others. My guess is that they have “journalists” in the UK, Germany, France and Russia. If you check articles you see signatures like ARQN/SME/MMN, HE/AA, HN/MD, MT/MB etc. If you have time you might be able to classify them with respect to region etc.
