Don't sell Holder short.

He had a plan where we would offer an exchange for the terrorist and hand over Dick Cheney to the Libyans instead.

Everything was set until both the U.S. Marshals and FBI told the Generalissimo he would have to take Cheney in himself.

Holder is not exactly a hands on Attorney General. IMHO, he will be needing both of those hands to cover his a$$.
