JERUSALEM – One day after the 9/11 attacks, President Obama's "green jobs czar" led a vigil that expressed solidarity with Arab and Muslim Americans as well as what it called the victims of "U.S. imperialism" around the world. WND previously reported Van Jones, special adviser for green jobs, enterprise and innovation to the White House Council on Environmental Quality, is an admitted black nationalist and radical communist. Jones was the leader and founder of a radical group, the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement, or STORM. That group, together with Jones' Elle Baker Center for Human Rights, led a vigil Sept. 12, 2001, at Snow Park in Oakland, Calif. STORM's official manifesto, titled, "Reclaiming Revolution," has surfaced on the Internet. A WND review of the 97-page treatise found a description of a vigil that Jones' group held Sept. 12, 2001, at Snow Park in Oakland, Calif. The event drew hundreds and articulated an "anti-imperialist" line, according to STORM's own description.

This mockery of 9/11 makes me sick. It mocks the victims, the military, the first responders, the patriotic Americans who rallied in their country's hour of need. I did not serve my country for 20 years, my husband did not serve his country for 21 years (and also fly for United Airlines: days after 9/11 when he flew again while I was in high OPS TEMPO at the AF base, he's letting me know he had a fireaxe in his hands in the cockpit in case they were attacked) for this kind of person to be in charge of anything in my country. I am outraged!

Color of Change is the extremist racial grievance group that isn't happy that TV’s Glenn Beck did several news packages on Van Jones, the self-described “communist” and “rowdy black nationalist” who became the president's green jobs czar after jumping on the environmentalist bandwagon. Actually, Muslims are encouraged to swear sacred oaths and then break them. Mohammed himself set the example, during the Hejirah. He swore a solemn treaty with the Jews of Medina, which he broke after it was no longer needed, and then he swore a solemn treaty with his enemies in Mecca and broke that, too, when it was no longer needed.
The President of Pakistan retold the story in his speech to the people when he signed the treaty with George Bush after 9/11. My take on what he said is that he was assuring them that it was necessary to make the deal with a stronger power, but that he would break his word like a good Muslim when the right time came.
The NY Times omitted that last five minutes of his speech from their transcript the next day, evidently thinking it was not important.

These pictures always bring tears to my eyes. I will never forget that day. And this year I can be thankful that after all these years, that a few weeks ago, a close member of my family has finally publicly and thoroughly rejected the stupid and malicious lies of the 911 conspiracy movement and come back to his senses.
My family lost several friends on 9-11.
They were firefighters. Thank you Diogenesis
