Someday the Russian generals will wake up and realize that we are the target of choice. They have civil defense and we do not...

The last part of the wheat stores held by the US Govt were sold off several months ago. Our govt has no food, no plan to take care of anyone save dear leader and his minions.

As a sailor who spent a lot of time in the Baltic, I would say this is like the U.S. military flexing its muscles in the Gulf of Mexico.

So, connect the dots:

- China/Russia alliance;

- Building vast underground cities;

- Increased weapons development;

- Refusal of any and all inspections;

- Money laundering;

- Stockpiling grain and fuel.

Russia will, at some point, seriously embark on reestablishing its empire. The Baltic countries are a plum asset.

Or Lake Ontario.

That’s more appropriate. I was hypothermic most of the time.

So, connect the dots: Fantasy Role Playing?

The Russians and Chinese are not about to start WW3 - they like making money after the idiots realized communism does not work.

Why would China help Russia wipe out the USA - China owns our mortgage.

Russia makes a fortune selling oil and gas to Europe.

With the exception of the crazy Islamics and the Middle East the world would is in a great place peace wise. No one wants to fight no one because we all are in business with each other.

I use to also think that the Russian empire would make a comeback someday, but now I'm not so sure. Their defense spending is anemic, they're down to less tanks in service than NATO has, their pilots barely get any flying time at all, and most of their naval fleet expansion plans have been scrapped. I think the tough talk, major exercises, etc., is meant more as a bluff or show of force as they literally have little power projection capabilities.

The Russians announced they are in defense mode when Clinton was president and Yeltsin was president. Pretty much they stated they will provide an offensive arm only in terms of their nuclear deterrent and their conventional forces would be reduced. In fact they are transitioning to a professional army of much smaller scale. They are not doing it well but they are doing it.

The Russians and Chinese are not about to start WW3 - they like making money after the idiots realized communism does not work.

The 1980's was a good time to use that argument. Now we are in a time when the opposition to pro-islamic governments in England, Canada, all of Europe and now the USA is spreading like wild fire. The future is not about Russians and Chinese and money. It is about the future eruption of determined minorities of constitutionalists, conservatives, evangelicals, you name it a willing coalition of those opposed to tyrany and slavery to a chaotic and hostile government.

Russia has more than its share of generals chomping at the bit to make hay while the sun shines. While a global civil war erupts, the Russians have the ability to stop it at their own door step. After all, Putin brags about his 'managed democracy'.

One more factoid, the civil defense structure in Russia is a reality. Ours is fiction. Our stores of wheat were officially sold off several months ago. Our govt. stores no foods. A couple of nukes in strategic places is all it takes to starve to death a hundred million 'Mericans.

Expect the unexpected. If you think the progressives will go gentle into the night after the next election - you are wrong. They know this is their only shot at power and will cancel elections or commite 25 million fraudulent votes while the nation stares and stutters in disbelief. Afterall - that's what we did in November of 2008...

When the USA nationalized the banking and financial sectors we became a socialist nation. In fact we are more socialist than Russia which has a 13% flat income tax.

Those are the paranoid fears of a Westerner.

Russia dances to a different tune and has different paranoid fears.

In case you did not get it - both the western nuts in power and the eastern nuts in power are paranoid but what they are paranoid about is different.

Any paranoid fears of islamic hegemony aren't really paranoid - they are for real. Islamic control of the US, British and European nukes and military establishments is nothing to sneeze at. Russia is holding the line on Islamicizsation.

The future is about global eruption against islamic buy-outs of democratic governments.
