If a law should be placed on the books; wouldn’t this law be part of a State’s responsibility? Don’t states have the right to regulate commerce within their state? Why is President Zero upsurping his authority, without a challenge?

All feds have to do is bring up “interstate commerce” and they seem to have unlimited power over the states after that. The judicial system all the way to SCOTUS backs them up on this.
