On Wednesday, August 19, 2009, Washington County Sheriff’s Detectives arrested 18-year-old Ramiro Vargas-Ramos and 19-year-old Francisco Lopez-Mendez, both men from the Community of Aloha. Both were arrested for having sexual contact with a 12-year-old girl with whom they were acquaintances.
The sexual contact happened once in each case and on different dates.
In each case the suspect had befriended the girl and later had sexual contact with her. This is not a computer-related sex abuse case. Detectives are concerned that these men may have befriended other young girls and victimized them as well.
They are asking anyone with information regarding this case, or any unreported case involving these suspects, to please call the Sheriff’s Office at 503-846-2524 and ask for Detective Markos.

Both suspects have been charged with Measure 11 crimes;
• Ramiro Pineda-Vargas was booked on Sodomy II and Sex Abuse I.
• Francisco Lopez-Mendez was booked on Rape II, Sex Abuse I, and Unlawful Penetration with a Foreign Object.
In addition ICE has placed a hold on both suspects.
These two scum should be deported about 50 years from now when they’re finished serving their prison sentence in solitary.
I prefer execution, and mail their remains back home.

Agreed but most often they’re separated from the general population now. Next best thing is to let them stare at the ceiling in their cell for 23 1/2 hours a day. Execution would be best but that doesn’t happen to these perverts.
Not going to happen. The day they get in they will hook up with the Mexican Mafia homies' and have their protection. It grows the mex numbers, offsets the black numbers, and makes the white numbers sweat.
He’s lucky he didn’t do that in Mexico. My friend from Monterrey was telling me about a guy who raped a young girl and was in jail awaiting trial. A mob broke in, dragged him out of the jail, tied him to a tree, and set him on fire. Gotta love culture!
In Mexico the federal law varies according to the age gap between partners and is often overruled by regional laws. In some places it is as low as 12 years old.
Is that why crazy as a bat, judge Ginsberg wants to lower the age of consent to 12?
To make the illegals feel more at home? Could be.
A well placed needle through the sinuses, into the frontal lobes and inject adrenaline and alcohol will do nicely. Then they can be useful raking leaves and sweeping the grounds at any penal institution. No restraints necessary thereafter.
