(3)There appears to be two other undecided Congressmen in the tri-state area. They are Tim Holden (PA-17) and Rush Holt (NJ-12). Allyson Schwartz (PA-13), an Obamacare supporter, has been avoiding her constituents.

It’s a very Democratic district. Casey will only come out where it’s safe. Interestingly, Philly is at least as bad as Johnstown,and probably worse, but with us around, Casey is too cowardly to schedule a public Town Hall here. : )
