With his ratings dropping like a rock, it seems he would produce it, and take this negativity out of the news.

Also, the only way this will rid us of him at this point is impeachment. He best cough it up while he controls the congress, and not gamble on the '10 elections.

Congress would not vote for impeachment at this point, but after the mid-terms, he's on his own.
