Walmart has confirmed the retailer pulled ads from the Glenn Beck show on August 3rd.

This post at Hotair is just a little misleading. Wal-Mart made a decision on August 3, not to run Walmart advertising in news commentary shows on national cable networks. This would include the Glenn Beck Show.

On the surface to me, it seems like Wal-mart is the most cavalier against Glenn lately and should deserve most of the negative attention.

As HotAir put it: I have to say I’m puzzled by Wal-Mart’s acquiescence in this boycott. It’s not Beck fans who picket their stores, demanding unionization and demonizing them for their employee compensation policies. They’re appeasing the same people who want to drive them out of business.

The SEIU and Wal-Mart have been best friends lately.
