All that comes to mind for me is when Barry stated “above my pay grade”.....
The idea in politics is to cause confusion among your opponents. Your own team should be speaking clearly with one voice. I think this confusion within the Obaama camp is simply that. The opposition in the town hall meetings has thrown then into confusion. This is a good thing. It means there is a lot of infighting going on now because Obaama has failed to show competent leadership.
This fight is far from over, but I think some in the Democratic party are beginning to see that health care control as they wanted it is dead in the water. The debate now is in the Democrat party itself.
I think it was simply a trial balloon.
Further, contrary to Obamatalk, if a child has asthma, they are supposed to go to the ER.
Finally, his theory that tests are repeated, that's nonsense. If a test is repeated, it's usually to see if the patient is progressing.

It does NOT give me confidence in how they would deal with an emergency if it takes all day to respond to something major for them which is either SIMPLY true or not true!
