Where are the Winged Hussars?

Well, today they look like this - note the badge on the arm, of the Colonel getting decorated (camouflage uniform) and the General (gray hair, with moustache).

These are slodiers of the 11th Armored Division (being the modern version of the armored "Winged Hussars).
