I believe Alzheimer patients will be the first to get written off. I truly believe they will be slowly poisoned in every governement aided facility....which is pretty much all of them.
Not to overstate the significance of the House pulling the Death Panel provision, but I belive this capitulation elevates Palin as a leading Republican voice and puts her in the position of frontrunner (I know its early). She leapfrogs Romney (conspicuously silent) who is going to have real issues on the issue of healthcare.
The logic of "life unworthy of life."
It must come as no surpise that a regime that advocates the slaughtering of it weakest citizens will find reasons to slaughter other "inconvenient" or, who knows, perhaps even "offensive" citizens.
I propose that it will keep on slaughtering until it finally tries to slaughter somebody strong enough to stop it.
