New Questions Emerge About Anti-Palin Blogger Jesse Griffin (a/k/a ‘Gryphen’)
HotAir ^ | Aug. 11, 2009 | Robert Stacy McCain

Posted on 08/11/2009 9:15:55 PM PDT by Al B.

When a blogger using the alias “Gryphen” published a rumor Aug. 1 about an allegedly impending divorce between Todd and Sarah Palin, links from Dennis Zaki at Alaska Report and Jeanne Devon at Huffington Post quickly boosted it to the top item at the Memeorandum political news aggregator.

The rumor was quickly and emphatically denied by the Palins. It was subsequently discovered that “Gryphen” (a) was Jesse Griffin, a kindergarten teaching assistant at Trailside Elementary School in Anchorage, and (b) had a history of blogging about his preferences for amateur pornography and masturbation. On Aug. 4, Griffin resigned his Anchorage public school job, but on his “Immoral Minority” blog wrote that his position at Trailside was only part-time, and not his main source of income.

Now, Dan Riehl has posted a new 2,400-word report documenting an apparent connection — via a private school in Anchorage listed as Jesse Griffin’s “employer of record” — between this Alaska anti-Palin blogger and a health-care company that just got $4.3 million in “stimulus” cash:

Dan Riehl has uncovered a link between Jesse Griffin, an unemployed Alaskan Palin-hating blogger who lives in a $300,000 home, with a "progressive" group who has gotten millions in stimulus cash.

This may get interesting. Griffen, as it turns out, was a supporter of Palin until she got the VP nom, then turned viciously against her. Riehl's blog is linked in the body of the text above.

We should do much more of this. I bet there are lots of little tid-bits awaiting discovery.

There is no way possible to deal with this much money, without huge scandals.

Ohhhhhh....this gets better day after day.

Sarah should let the dogs slip forth and let this simmer (drip, drip, drip). Then she and her lawyer should pounce.

a mama as gov...
I think that means she is thinking MORE about the Future than the usual idiots at the helm...

( and she is doing a good job...I have been watching from afar..)"

So the infamous
Alaskan bloggers used to
think Palin was cool!

And they used to like
her family! This should have
come out earlier.

Sure there is.....

The Media will ignore the scandals.

So what if an unemployed blooger is living in a $300,000 dollar house, as long as he has rumors on Sarah Palin that is all they will hear.

Looks like money laundering from the US gov’t, thru a private school, to a few Democrat Party power brokers, to a goon named griffin.

Wasn't there some old lady Griffin picking up the very young Levi for some Hollywierd event recently? Wonder if there is a kinship of Griffins happening?

More on the Jesse Griffin (’Gryphen’) story. Dan Riehl is starting to “follow the money”, doing the investigative work MSM journalists used to do.

I would not be surprised if griffin was a trojan horse, supposedly praising Palin establishing bonafides, while waiting for the time to turn on her in a scripted maneuver.

Thanks for the ping, Al B. Intriguing leads, but I think there are still more dots to be connected on that story.

We did find out through Dan's new piece that the boys Jesse calls his sons (Kyle & Kris Sisseck) whom he implored in his blog to start giving sexual pleasure to men are not his sons, but stepsons from his former wife's previous marriage. Ewwwwww.

I think it's hilarious that now the anti-Palinistas' new patron saint Levi Johnston - who seems to have been the lefty bloggers' prime source for the rumor Gryphen peddled that Todd was going to divorce Sarah for infidelity - says that while he 'thinks' there's trouble in the marriage that he's quite certain no infidelity occurred. And Levi should certainly be considered by responsible journalists as an expert on marital relations.[/sarc]So much for their impeccably fact-checked sources.

And of course, we're all still watching with baited breath the Alaska papers for the blockbuster story on the Palins that was supposed to come out last week according to Jesse Griffin. Unless Levi Johnston's announcement that Todd and Sarah are still faithful to their marital vows was the blockbuster to which he's been referring. How'd that turn out for ya Jesse? LOL!
