If the guy was open carrying, while legal, it definitely put the secret service people at a disadvantage. What are they supposed to do? They have no idea what the guys intentions were, so they had to devote one eye towards him, while checking out all the others. I think it was thoughtless, and put the SS guys at a disadvantage.

Considering the increase in union goons threatening and beating conservatives exercising their First Amendment rights, I'd say a citizen also has a valid right to protect themselves within the laws - and this guy was acting within the laws of New Hampshire from what other reports have indicated.

I'm getting sick of our leaders in Congress being a special class whose very presence negates the rights of everyday citizens to speak out and legally carry weapons.

This isn’t about a legal right, it’s about showing poor judgement and a lack of responsibility towards the secret service men. This is about the POTUS and the men who have to protect him.
