The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 30% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-nine percent (39%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -9.
Fifty-six percent (56%) of Democrats Strongly Approve while 70% of Republicans Strongly Disapprove. As for those not affiliated with either major party, 22% Strongly Approve and 40% Strongly Disapprove.
When it comes to health care, 51% fear the federal government more than private insurance companies. Forty-one percent (41%) hold the opposite view. In the health care debate, 41% view the town hall protesters favorably while 35% have an unfavorable view.

Looks good on all counts. Not great, but we are winning on overall, strong support and death care. There is still a long way to go, but it doesn’t look like hope, change and magic unicorns are going to be enough to keep the voters in line.

I am not surprised about Obummer’s poll numbers.
They are dropping faster than Bill Clinton’s pants.
It’s really a damn shame because Obummer had an opportunity to be a really great black president but he is tossing whatever legacy he expects to have on the wayside, wasting a great opportunity to advance America, make it a stronger country, a country we can take even greater pride in but no his far left agenda and ideology are all he cares about and it is destroying this great country of ours. And people are beginning to wake up to that fact. Obummer is not helping the economy. Instead he is dragging it down the drain by insane and excessive tax and spend policies. I never thought I would live to see the day when another president of the US would actually make Jimmy Carter’s presidency look great by comparison. Obummer replaces Carter as the nation’s worst president.
My dem MIL is not worried, she cannot wait for her government takeover that she considers just in time to save her medicare.......and all this hoopla is just the money mad republicans trying to cheat her out of healthcare.
