They're apparently sponsored by the Joyce Foundation, so definitely not. I don't recall hearing, seeing or reading about the FSA before this. Here's a screed that they call an editorial, but searching for some text or their title yields no results on Yahoo News and Google News.

VA, UT, FL, and a NH are show your drivers license, and fil out some other minor paperwork and they shall issue.
Basically, I had an anal inspection, had to provide character references who have known me for at least three years, and who live in the same county, I also had to justify why I needed a pistol, to be able to carry it concealed is another set of hurdles. NY is a may issue state, or may not, depending on the whim of the judge, on that particular day.
It is time to build a wall around NYC and take back the state.
Dump all the hard core felons in the country there without guards; free to roam the streets survival of the fittest... wait, I saw that movie.... Snake Pliskin rocks....
Gee the guy doing the shooting at that spa did not have a CCW, so why should law abiding citizens be required to have one?
