It sounds as though ObamaCare's number one goal is to create some kind of weird, perverted "super race". That has a familiar ring to it.

Wouldn't killing off the "burdens to society" (the elderly and disabled) be cruel and unusual punishment? I thought that was unconstitutional.

No. liberals think that executing criminals - murders, those who rape children, terrorists, and other democrat voters - is cruel and unusual punishment. Otherwise, killing off the unwanted is standard operating procedure. It would only be a "punishment" if someone encouraged a pregnant woman to let her baby live.
