Considering this is one of the FEW things he ever did as a senator, he HAD to be familiar with the law.

Did Obama knowingly break the law on this one or did TOTUS forget to tell him he couldn't do it?

Of course he knew. he was hoping no one else did.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. As this applies to every citizen in the USA, it applies to Obama as well. TOTUS can't cover for him this time.

Obama broke the law, and should have to answer for it. PERIOD. These members of the judiciary who are allowing Obama exception from the laws, this and other violations, such as knowingly lying while accepting the oath of office, should be impeached along with Obama for taking part in decieving the people of this nation, and not performing their duty to uphold the law of the land.
