True. But I think this is a good development. It shows the people he's surrounded with are too tone deaf to have noticed the messiah thing has grown old with a large segment of Americans. This just makes him easier to parody and mock. More mockery is the last thing he needs now.

He did the same thing during the campaign...you were to report your friends and neighbors to a special email address if they were smearing him regarding being a Muslim or anything like that at all. I’m not surprised he’s doing it now.
