In Austin there is a man, perhaps in his late 40’s to late 50’s who rides his bike around town every day with nothing on but a tiny g-string.
And yes, my daughter has seen him as well as thousands of other kids and they all seem to have survived.
But why would someone want to do such a thing anyway? What is his motive?
