Truth is, Maher is actually smarter than the average liberal commentator. Kinda sad, I know.
... to go with the Kool-Aid!
... to go with the Kool-Aid!
I love it.
First, somebody out there coins the word “Birthers” to those that rightfully want to see a legitimate birth certificate.
Now we have the opposite of “birther” as “anti-birther”.
And, to demonize the “anti-birthers” even further, we’re calling them the “scared or fearful anti-birthers”.
Meanwhile, the phrase that matters the most is the one calling the person occupying the white house by what he truly is: the “illegitimate president”, or the “fake president”.
Well, one has to be an American born citizen to be President. It has to be proven at some point or another, or public records are vetted to illicit proof. Just because there is no law that says show it, lack of a public record dictates proof be shown. A birth certificate is a public record and should be available without the courts having to seal them. Therefore if one is called to prove citizenship, that individual has a responsibility to do so, and in this case a presidential candidate or president has a moral if not legal responsibility to do so.
I seem to recall that a large part of the reason questions about Kerry wouldn’t go away was because he refused to allow a large part of his military records to be released. Now who does that remind you of now?

If we the consideration of the Constitution, it specifies the requirements to hold the presidency.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution sets the principal qualifications one must meet to be eligible for election as President. A Presidential candidate must:
be a natural born citizen of the United States;[6]
be at least thirty-five years old;
have been a permanent resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.’
We citizens do not need a law stating that one has to show proof. The Constitution is the controlling legal authority.
dont forget ,all the left wing loons have invested all their credibility in this fraud so they have to back him to the hilt
Frankly, I think he was born in the states, but I love the distraction this whole hullabaloo creates. LOL
I suspect if it is proven... the congress and Supremes won’t have the courage to protect the constitution. As the Chicago Trib recently put it - they would consider it a technical annoyance. Sorry to say it might take a revolution by the masses to force them to actually enforce the constitution. If he is proven not to be naturally born US citizen...the saying that we live in interesting times would indeed prove to be true!!
The Religious Right in the U.S. has faith in God, not man. Much less a cretin Politician.
Something just came to me.
Is it possible that Obozo does not know where he was actually born?
Or, to put it another way, FReepers versus Little Green Footballs.
Look at his cabinet and you can see that. Rahm, Geithner, Hillary heck all of the goons magnefy his character. Losers all of them.
Birthers or anti-Birthers.
They won’t be able to take down Obama until they take down ACORN first.
Good article!
PING!!
I think they may be contemplating an abortion -- late term, of course. Or is that early term???
“The SRM has failed miserably to do their job.”
Yep..it kinda makes you wonder how the media will(or would) react if Obama is proven to be a fraud. I can actually see some of them leading the Obot riots at this point...lol.
