Call it the Press Conference From Hell.
Toledo mayoral candidate Ben Konop, an earnest young liberal, thought it would be a great idea to conduct a press conference in front of the home where his mother grew up. Little did Ben know that Maxwell the Heckler, the next door neighbor, would completely destroy his press conference and forever burn that incident into the public memory of Mr. Konop. To get the full hilarious flavor of how Maxwell destroyed the press conference, take a look at the video.
Most of the heckling consisted of "Boo! LIAR! BOOOOO!"
The first reaction of your humble correspondent when watching that video was that Maxwell the Heckler was some sort of anarchist bent on destroying Konop's press conference in a humorous way just for the sake of fun. However, upon investigation, it turns out that Maxwell the Heckler was actually "speaking truth to power," a favorite leftwing slogan.

I don’t care if the candidate was Jane Fonda, Maxwell the Heckler deserves to have the living sh!t beat out of him!
This is not how you defeat opposing viewpoints. You do it in debate, or in opposing media ads, not with some loudmouth jerk!
And NBC/CBS/ABC etc wonders why we don’t watch their shows. Well, that was entertaining. A little obnoxious, but entertaining.
I don’t know ... it is hard not to laugh at a lib being heckled. The heckler was pretty peaceful about it though.
Maxwell performed a public service. It was because of him that many people now know what a liar Ben Konop is. Read the whole article. Konop is indeed a liar. He signed a pledge TWICE to serve his full term as county commissioner. He broke that pledge with a really self-serving excuse. So Maxwell the Heckler was RIGHT. Oh, and he was sitting on his own front porch and did not go out of his way to heckle Konop.
LOL! It’s rude, but I got a good laugh out of it. Heck even the guy who is trying to speak is laughing. It’s so stupid you have to laugh.

If I am on my own porch yelling at a candidate and elcid tries to beat the living sh!t out of me (on my own porch), elcid will go home with not all of his parts.

Why so violent? I though the Gate’s case taught us that it racial to go after you on your own front steps? Actually it looked and sounded like a SatNightLive event.
