Crowley’s report says he met a white woman (later identified as Whalen) outside the house. She referred to 2 black men. Whalens’ attorney said Whalen never talked to Crowley- never. Either Whalen or Crowley are lying. Unless Crowley actually spoke to the elderly woman who first witnessed the break-in and he just assumed it was Whalen.
