Jon Kyl is bipolar with this BHO administration. I don’t get him at all.
Bipolar is the correct term for Kyl. He is generally judicious and conservatve. However, any time the suject can be discussed in legal terms, he sounds like some sort of nattering nabob. In Kyl’s case it is best to reject much of what he says and check how he votes.
