Take a look at what actually is in the Health Care bill. Obama makes disingenuous comments like "You'll still keep your doctor" or "You'll keep your existing health care." He is either lying to us or he has no idea what is in it. Take a peek at the full report, or look at some of the highlights here:
Pg 22 of the HC Bill mandates the Government will audit books of all employers that self insure . Can you imagine what that will do to small businesses? Every one will abandon “self insurance ” and go on Government insurance. So when Obama says that there will still be private health care, it’s simply a lie: this mandate will force employers to abandon their private plans.

Pg 30 Sec 123 of HC bill – a Government committee (good luck with that!) will decide what treatments/benefits a person may receive.

It’s even simpler than that. Employers will simply abandon their small businesses. After all one objective of Marxism is to eliminate the ‘merchant class’. They’re just too hard to ‘control’. You end up with the elite and the workers, a better fit for ‘central planning’.

If there is one Obama is really good at, it’s lying and his health care explanation is full of them.
Small businesses typically don't self insure. One job switched to self insurance plus a catastrophic policies when it got to around 150 or 200 people. Essentially if I went to the doctor or got a prescription the company paid the bill itself rather than having the insurance company pay it. I don't know how catastrophic it had to be before the catastrophic insurance kicked in - appendectomy for a few thousand bucks or cancer for tens of thousands?
What part has the area where it states that it will be just the uninsured covered by obama care, what about the rest that have insurance from employyer. thanks someone is asking me and i want to be correct. thanks

Dear Senator Durbin:
A recent posting from "Family Matters" (http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/id.3815,css.print/pub_detail.asp) point out several troubling features of the healthcare reform being debated in Washington.
It has become very confusing, possibly by design, that there are multiple House committee versions, some 'framework' language being discussed from Senators, then the language used by the White House to describe what the President desires.
The Democrats and the media have censored and screened nearly all of the Republican ideas, excluded Republicans from most meetings then claim, with the support of the media, that "Republicans have no ideas". This is disingenuous.
The "chart" used to describe the system have been roundly banned from discussion, and by the House rules, members cannot even send it out to their constituents. This chart was based on the concepts and language from the Democrat language - if it is wrong, correct it, but don't ban it!
The President has stated many times that "you can keep your plan", and "you can keep your doctor". These statements are not only false but demeaning. I should NEVER have to check with the government for this highly personal kind of decision.
The plan is highly flawed. I urge you to fight it.
If this is passed, our country will not even be a shadow of what the founders sought, that is, limit government, provide God-given freedoms, and provision of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness". What is being presented will require individuals to tell the government, via community organizations like ACORN, as to how our lives will end. It is none of the government's business.

yet now, the govt will ration their care, require death conseling, and connect up to their bank accounts, no middle man needed, and yet nothing from them....NOTHING.....

Imagine that, cancer survival rates are higher in the US, then in socialized health care systems in europe...
