I cannot believe that the State of Hawaii would destroy paper records without first committing them to digital media of some sort; images on disc, at least. In fact, if the records were destroyed in 2001, how did State officials examine the BC in 2008?

Sorry, not buyin’ this bill of goods...

He ineligible to hold the office (and the prior one, most likely), and is perpetrating a fraud of the highest order on the American people.

One would have to go to the capital of Hawaii, and view vital records films (and no doubt they are sealed for that year) to find it...if it exists. Some states do not allow anyone to view digital media on vital statistics. Certified copies are supplied only to person or family members.
