LOL!
“Maybe this guy Gates isn’t the pathetic imbecile everybody thinks he is.”
You only have to be clever about crime if you’re going to be punished when caught. Does anybody really think anything bad will happen to him?
“Do you know who I am?” Must have worked well for him in the past for it to be his default mode now.
Just a few words from his site - www.africanDNA.com
Slave owners wanted our ancestors to think of themselves as nameless objects of property, plain and simple, like a chicken or a cow.
I am convinced that this still impacts our people today, crippling our ability to know ourselves by connecting with our family’s past in the way that so many White Americans can. Ignorance and misunderstanding of our own history have served as a limitation on what we can achieve. We have internalized generations of doubt and fears about who we are as a people and what we can accomplish, just as White racists wanted us to do. And we continue to pay a terrible price for this.
And, according to Gates, he has a home in Martha's Vineyard. I wonder if it really belongs to him or the school or if he bought it with his non-profit's money?!
There is something dirty about Gates. I hope someone (yeah right) is looking into this. Maybe Oprah could do a show on it (they are friends).
Blacks screwing other blacks out of their hard earned money has been going on forever so it’s not racist. Google history says that Black Americans continued to hold slaves through the Civil War. In 1860, some 3,000 blacks owned nearly 20,000 black slaves. In South Carolina alone, more than 10,000 blacks were owned by black slaveholders. Who’s going to pay that reparation?
“...crippling our ability to know ourselves by connecting with our familys past...”
It’d help if there wasn’t so much out-of-wedlock birthing going on.
“”The precedent-setting site is the only company in the field of genetic genealogy that will provide African Americans with family tree research in addition to DNA testing”
This reminds me of a joke:
Q - How do you create panic in Harlem?
A - Celebrate Father’s Day.
