Truth is, the Irish did dominate major metro PD’s for several generations. It was part of the political patronage, but compensated for Irish not being able to be hired or, if hired, promoted in most major corporations. There was a shamrock ceiling, so to speak ;)
This is the things that happen when the current squatter soiling the Whitehouse opens his mouth and talks instead of reading a prepared response to a prepared question.
