Yeah I thought that bit marred what was otherwise a very nice tribute to him by two people who were very closet to him for 8 years.
However, the photographer who inserted that (snide?) comment did say something touching about him being ‘misunderstood’ at the end.

I thought that too at first. Then, when going on in his commentary he mentioned going to Bethesda with the President.
I think the little liberal grew a bit in being with the President.
